THE SEVEN INGREDIENTS OF PURE INTENT

NUMBER ONE

Co-Create in the consciousness of NOW

The reason we start each Pure Intent with I AM is because I AM is the consciousness of NOW.

I AM present

I AM conscious

I AM in the now

I AM responsible

I AM accountable

I AM the mirror reflection of God

I AM etc., etc., etc

We cannot manifest from the past and we cannot manifest from the future.  We can only manifest in the consciousness of NOW.  The I AM aspect of our being is what locks us into the present so we can consciously make choices as to what exactly we want our life experience to be.

Each choice we make, whether it be conscious or unconscious all creates to our life experience.  When we make the choice to live and create in the NOW, we are also making the choice to direct our life experience in any direction we choose it to go. 

We can choose confusion, chaos and conflict from the lower vibration, or we can make the choice to flow into truth, compassion and gratitude of the higher vibrations.  We direct which path we choose to follow by each and every choice we make each and every day of our life.  So once again, do we allow life to direct us, or do we direct our life?

By setting a Pure Intent in the consciousness of NOW we are making the choice to not only direct our life, but to make our life into anything we choose.  We can have perfect health, perfect finances, perfect relationships, a perfect environment and a perfect world.  Or at least as perfect as our 3^rd dimensional experience will allow.  I believe that may be referred to as Heaven on Earth.

When we finally remember that the past is the past and the future is the future, we can also remember that the only relevance these aspects of our life has is the relevance and importance that we make the choice to give them.  In other words, do we hang on to the past, do we hang out in the future or do we bring  both these aspects together into complete balance and live in the consciousness of NOW.

So when you say I AM at the beginning of any Pure Intent, you are actually saying;

"I AM making the conscious choice to manifest something very specific in my life experience and I AM taking 100% responsibility and accountability for this creation and the outcome."

When you can say I AM, and have the I AM consciousness flowing in you, there is nothing you cannot create in your life when you add and combine all the other ingredients.

NUMBER TWO

Create a clear, concise, and focused picture of what it is you are choosing to manifest and word it accordingly

It is amazing how few people really know what they want out of life.  If you have to take more then a couple of minutes to give it some thought, perhaps you can then understand why you may not be manifesting the life you really want.

We have the right to ask for anything and we also have the right to receive everything we ask for.  In fact we always receive exactly what we ask for.  Its just that most people dont pay attention to what they are truly asking for, and then turn around and blame someone else when they experience the results.

The first basic step in manifesting utilizing Pure Intent is to stop and take a look at what you are currently creating in your life.  When you can find the source of these manifestations within you, then you can make the changes necessary in order to manifest anything you choose using Pure Intent. 

However, if you arent willing to take the time, or get the assistance or even look at how you are manifesting your life, the likely hood of moving into Pure Intent is low.  Moving back to the baking analogy, you might as well try baking the cake without using a cake pan.  All you are going to do is make a very lousy mess and spend a lot of time cleaning it up.

The following steps are very effective in expediting this process.

A.  Observe how you are creating your current life utilizing your choices. 

B.  Make the choice to become conscious of your choices. 

C.  Start to change your choices with conscious intent.

D.  Flow from conscious intent into Pure Intent.

Many people will create the excuse not to use this process despite the fact it is very simple to follow.  They will do this so they can avoid change and ultimately avoid accepting responsibility and accountability for their life.  Bless their hearts.

Many people will try this and say it is too hard then quit.  The truth is they just might not be ready to resonate with a higher vibration.  Bless their hearts.

Many people will take this process and simply ignore it, not realizing that ignoring something you are aware of is a choice in and of itself.  Bless their hearts.

Many people will make the choice to complicate this entire simple process because their BS or belief system will tell them something so simple cannot work.   Bless their hearts.

Some people will take this process and simply make the choice to incorporate it into their life and they will also make the choice to flow into a higher vibration.  Bless their hearts.

Expanding awareness is the first step in raising our vibration.  Again, many people are of the belief that expanding awareness is something that comes from outside of us, rather than from within.  People will spend time and effort listening to or channeling information from other sources or Beings.  They will also spend time and energy "outside their body" in a variety of different ways to increase their awareness.  People also spend lots of time and energy simply moving or shifting energy within themselves and others.

The reality is all of these aspects of expanding awareness can be utilized, but they will only be effective if we use our discernment to allow in only truth, compassion and gratitude and then apply it to our lives.  Becoming conscious of our choices, conscious of what our choices are creating and then flowing into directing our choices by utilizing Pure Intent is THE KEY to expanding our awareness, increasing our vibration and Co-Creating what we truly want in our life experience.

When you can picture and describe what you truly want to experience in your life, and add that to Ingredient One of living in the consciousness of NOW, there is nothing you cannot create when you add and combine the remaining ingredients.

NUMBER THREE

 Connect your conscious mind with your

Highest Self and have your Pure Intent

resonate gratitude from your heart.

Many people refer to the Highest Self as Higher Self, God Self or Christ Consciousness just to name a few.  I personally prefer Highest Self for no other reason than it resonates with me.  It is only when we bring our conscious self into complete balance with our Highest Self that we can flow into Pure Intent and Co-Creation. 

Our Highest Self knows exactly what is always in our highest good.  It will never, lie, deceive or lead you down the wrong path.  Often times we may not believe something is in our highest good, but time and experience will always show us otherwise.

Many people will find this to be the most challenging aspect of moving into Pure Intent because it requires the most change.  It will require examining our BS or belief systems, changing habits and to a certain extent reprogramming our way of thinking and looking at our life.

As always, when you are working on changing habits and learning to listen to and allow your Highest Self to guide you in your choices, ego will play a prominent role.  Ego is not "good" or "bad", it just is.  It is how we use ego that determines how important a role it will play in directing our life. 

When we allow our subconscious to make choices for us based on our BS, the choices will usually (if not always) emphasize ego if we are out of balance in our flow of consciousness.  The more we flow Pure Intent, the less of a role our ego will play. 

When we utilize the subconscious to direct our ability to make choices, we lay the foundation for constantly creating confusion, chaos and conflict as that is what the ego is programmed to create.  Only, and I repeat ONLY when we make the choice to bring our ability to make choices into the consciousness of now and in alignment with our Highest Self will we flow into Co-Creation.  By utilizing the higher vibration of Pure Intent we will automatically be allowing the subconscious to accept Pure Intent as our foundation of creating, rather then using ego.

When we bring the consciousness of now and our Highest Self into balance we have the potential to manifest and Co-Create anything we choose.  However, this will only flow into Pure Intent and Co-Creation if we wrap the essence or energy of gratitude around this recipe.  Going back to the baking the cake analogy, gratitude is like the icing on the cake. 

When looking at gratitude in the context of setting a Pure Intent, it is not the gratitude that something may happen, or will happen or is going to happen.  The gratitude that truly propels the Pure Intent into Co-Creation is when the gratitude resonates in our heart that it has happened.  Or in other words IT IS DONE! 

When we can truly feel and experience the gratitude of what it feels like to be experiencing our creation, then it truly will be Co-Created.  IT IS DONE!

This process requires practice, practice, and more practice.  But once you connect with that true feeling of gratitude in the Co-Creation process, you can utilize it as your foundation to Co-Create anything with Pure Intent.

From this point on each ingredient gets easier and easier and they will flow together to truly bake a damn good cake.  Trust me if I can bake a cake, I AM sure you can bake one too.

NUMBER FIVE 

 Flow into complete allowing

I set a Pure Intent to Co-Create some analogies to help people remember and connect faster with Pure Intent.  Baking the cake is my favorite, because it really is a perfect example.  Besides, when I envision Martha Stewart baking the cake I know it will come out perfect.  I just make sure I AM not in the same room with her while she is doing it.

The analogy for allowing really does paint a clear picture. 

When gates of a damn are closed, the damn is blocking or keeping the water from flowing.  However, when the damn gates are opened, the damn doesnt force, push or shove the water through, it simply allows it to flow.

That is no different then allowing our Pure Intent to flow.  We can not force, shove our push a Pure Intent into Co-Creation.  We can however make the choice to allow our Pure Intent to flow into Co-Creation.

I found the analogy of the dam perfect, as it creates another analogy or example as well. 

When someone gets angry, frustrated or mad and is at the end of their rope, often times they will say or yell, "Damn it".  It is a perfect phrase because that is exactly what they are choosing to do.  They are making the choice to "dam it", or in other words stop something from happening that they dont want to experience.

Once we understand that we cannot force things to Co-Create we can put a halt to the damming process and simply move into allowing.  We will then find that everything in our life will begin to emanate in a much more balanced flow.

The same can be said for Pure Intent.  The more we practice with conscious intent, the faster and easier it will flow into Pure Intent.  If we will simply stand back, step aside and simply allow it to happen.

If we can add this ingredient to the previous ones, we will be well on way to having one heck of an everlasting beautiful slice of cake.  Angel Food perhaps?

NUMBER SIX  

Flow into receiving and no expectation

Co-Creating through Pure Intent without any expectation can be tricky for some people.  However, when you connect with the difference it is a very strong brick in your foundation. 

Expectation is connected to trust.  If you have an expectation, then you truly dont trust yourself to Co-Create in Pure Intent.  An expectation is expecting, as compared to no expectation which is knowing.

Lets go back to Marthas cake for a moment. 

If she is baking a cake, she has a complete vision, understanding and knowing of exactly how that cake is going to come out of the oven.  As a matter of fact she can probably taste the cake as she is Co-Creating it.  This is knowing without expectation. 

On the other hand, if she made the choice to do so, she could stew, fuss and pace in front of the oven until the timer went off so she could yank the cake out of the oven and view her creation.

The question is, did she provide any difference in the creation of the cake, or was every aspect of this expectation irrelevant to the creation?

As we practice and flow further into Pure Intent, we will find that there truly doesnt need to be expectation in our lives, especially when setting a Pure Intent.  Expectation is nothing more putting ourselves into the future, rather then living the consciousness of now.  As we cannot Co-Create in the future, it makes little sense to tie a future expectation onto a Pure Intent which therefore reduces the vibration back down to a conscious intent.

The difference between conscious intent and Pure Intent is simply the difference of vibration levels.  Pure Intent resonates at a higher frequency then conscious intent, therefore it takes a little more work to adjust our lives to resonate with that frequency. 

As no expectation is the final ingredient in setting a Pure Intent, I AM assuming you would like to know what to expect next.  If you do, please go back and read this again, as I dont believe you are ready to move forward.

NUMBER SEVEN 

 Flow the true spirit of Co-Creation and I AM

I AM grateful I AM a child of God. 

 I AM balance within the Essence of Grace.

I AM Truth.  I AM Compassion.  I AM Gratitude.

I AM the Essence of Grace.

I AM the I AM.

When you truly know that you are grateful you are a child of God.  When you truly know that you are balance within the Essence of Grace.  When you truly know that you are truth.  When you truly know that you are compassion.  When you truly know that you are gratitude.  When you truly know that you are the Essence of Grace.  When you truly know that you are the I AM, then there is nothing you cannot Co-Create in Pure Intent.

When you flow into the real meaning or in other words the true spirit of Co-Creation and I AM, you are also flowing directly into Pure Intent.   When you can bring your conscious self and Highest Self aspects together, and have the above Pure Intent resonate in and from your heart, you will then truly be living in the essence of Pure Intent.  If I AM not mistaken, I believe thats what is called Heaven on Earth.

If you choose not to begin your Pure Intent with "As A Child of God" you may choose another.  It is important to be consistent so use the same opening with all your Intents. 

FOOD

Since I began using this Pure Intent to bless my food

combined with the health Intent below, I have not been sick

one day in three years.  You can also bless your childrens

food or pets food with the following Intent.

As A Child of God I AM Grateful this food is nourishing my body 100%, is keeping me 100% healthy and is enriching my Soul for my Highest Good and the Highest Good of ALL.  It is done.

As A Child of God I AM Grateful this food is nourishing Ricky & Sneakers body 100%, is keeping them 100% healthy and is enriching their Souls for their Highest Good and the Highest Good of ALL.  It is done.

HEALTH

You  can be very specific if you are having any health issues.  Example:  Cancer

As A Child of God I AM Grateful I AM 100% healthy,  I AM 100% disease free and I feel wonderful for my Highest Good and the Highest Good of ALL.  It is done.

As A Child of God I AM Grateful I AM 100% healthy,  I AM 100% cancer free and I feel wonderful for my Highest Good and the Highest Good of ALL.  It is done.

PROSPERITY 

Each person has their own perception of financial security, prosperity etc.  Make sure that your Intent resonates with your personal perceptions.

As A Child of God I AM Grateful I AM open to trust, allow and receive all the financial prosperity that is in Highest Good and the Highest Good of ALL.  It is done.

PEACE

Peace is a perception.  You cannot send Peace to another person or to the world.  You can however create Peace within your self and share that with the world.
